Great Book for a boy
When I first read this book I thought it was a bit gross. Initially I had a copy for my daughter but she was a bit of a princess so it was too 'yucky' for her. Then I had a son who (at 4yrs) is addicted to this book. It has a catchy song the dingo sings and I put on a mean voice for it which he loves. Just in case you're wondering, the wombat isn't cooked or eaten in the story. His friends trick the dingo and he ends up poisoned. I have to rate this 5 stars, but for my daughter it's about 1.5 stars because it's not suited to her taste (pardon the pun!) It's not always about the book, but it's about choosing the right book for the reader. I would recommend this for boys or tom boys aged 2-8yrs.

Recommended!
My son has grommets and therefore wears this headband for swimming. We use mouldable ear plugs from the chemist for his ears and when fitted correctly the head band does a great job keeping them in place. The fabric is a bit like a wet suit so it does end up wet, but the purpose of the headband for us is keeping the ear plugs secure. It took only 1 swim class for my 4yr old to adjust to wearing the headband. The colours are fun and bold and they even help to spot the kids in a busy pool. I would recommend this product.

Worth a Try
I purchased these ears plugs for my 4yr old who has grommets in both ears. They are quality made and fit his ears well, but unfortunately they didn't stop the water entering. We'll go back to the moldable ear plugs from the chemist. That is not to say these won't work for others. They are quality made and perhaps suited to some individuals, just not my son, that's why I have rated these a 3 /5.
