Cheap plastic knockoff
This part is some cheap plastic knockoff, not an original part. It didn't fit correctly, the spike that pierces the cup is plastic, not metal. Nothing snaps together as it should and it comes out of the coffee maker when you remove the cup. Piece of junk.

Great low cost all-in-one.
We have a color laser printer that really doesn't do well with graphic printing. Our stand-alone flat-bed scanner also bought the farm several months ago. This all-in-one gives us our scanner back and does an excellent job of color printing. Ink cartridges are not that expensive either.
