  I had hoped to receive all pieces intact but one cup and one dinner plate was broken; however, I don't believe it was the fault of the seller. One package was stacked upon the other even though it was clearly marked FRAGILE. I don't think the driver to a lot of care in delivery. I will not be requesting a return or refund as I know these things happen.
