A product not ready for Australia market

This is the fourth UPS I've had. All my previous ones work out of the box with proper accessories. This is the only one that surprised me with a question: how this product is allowed to sell in Australia? 1) For power input, It doesn't even come with a power cable to connect to the main power !! 2) For power outputs, it doesn't have any Australia 3-pin output sockets. All it has are four IEC 320 C13 female sockets, which means you can't connect your device directly to it but have to buy some converter cables. What a joke! 3) Not a smart device as it advertises. It has a serial (RS-232) port, you will not be able to communicate with and control the PC in case of a power outage (i.e. shut the system down gracefully when the unit senses a power outage) until you buy a USB-to-serial conversion adapter, but you will still have to use the proprietary software supplied with the unit (Powerchute) instead of the Windows power monitoring service. Avoid this product as much as you can!

Awesome robot cleaner

Much better than the iRobot v5 I have, which only relies on the bumper that get insensitive over time. Generate map and after clean it'll return to base. Unless cables or cloths scattered around, haven't seen it got trapped or blocked. Great value
