Good, but definitely not new as pre-applied paste was removed

Great product, reliability issue
Bought the three pack and one failed after just two days - no power no nothing. Luckily supplier organised very quick replacement.
Apart from that though, the product itself would be an was easy 5/5 as it works brilliantly - shame about the reliability issue!

Fell apart after one use
Looks good on the picture, but the black plastic cracks very easily when using the pump action rendering the item useless. It's cheap, but for a reason.
