Genuine, new replacement remote
Genuine, new replacement. Good price. Amazon doesn't carry them right now, which is irresponsible since the remotes are small enough to get lost easily.

Good for beginning or intermediate bakers.
Lots of recipes basic on several basic recipes. Good video of his kneading method included on CD that comes with the book.

Great little product
Batteries don't seem to have much juice left in them. Beside that, the lanterns are perfect for heavy weather and impending tornados. I'm keeping them in my "safe room," which is an interior closet. So much better than trying to light candles and setting the closet on fire.
