IT WORKS
Moved to South Carolina - from arid Southern California. My previously sleek coif looked like I stuck my finger into a light-socket - here in SC. This product works. Use in tandem with your choice of de-humidifying product for styling; then USE THIS SPRAY. Worth it.

It does not penetrate skin; it 'pills' on the top - so what real good is it
It does not sink into skin; rather, it 'pills' (perhaps because of the sunscreen they've put into it).
Consequently, I would not buy it again; I want moisturizer to penetrate through the layers of anti-aging potions I put on. Does not good sitting on top.
