  Kettle was described as new but had clearly been used as it had water marks on the outside and a ring of calcium deposit on the inside. It was packed up in what looked like original packaging and had the instruction booklet and everything else was in excellent condition. It arrived fast and the postage cost was fine. I’m going to keep it as you can’t get these on Amazon at the moment but it definitely wasn’t new as advertised and I paid full price for what turned out to be a used kettle.
