Best workout program ever!
1 of 1 found this helpful Thinner, leaner, stronger is the most honest and researched book I have read on the subject of diet and exercise. After years of working out and dieting and not getting the results I wanted, this book changed everything. Forget about all the b.s. you've read in magazines about diet and exercise and buy these books and watch your body actually change!😆

Message of Jesus Christ by Mahatma Ghandi is the new testament , esp the sermon on the mount, explained by Ghandi from and Eastern perspective shedding light on the actual meaning of the sermon that most Christians have cast aside. Ghandis perspective is compelling and enlightening and I recommend it for any seeker of truth in their pursuit of the worship of God.

Booklet is the keyword
Don't expect a real book, this is like a little info magazine with staple binding and a hangtag- like you'd expect to find in the wire section in a craft store. It has some useful info, but seems wildly overpriced for its pamphlet like presentation. Also, filled with self promoting beadalon suggestions, which could have made the booklet even smaller had it been cut out. Overall meh.
