The BEST
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been a licensed Cosmetologist for 9 years. Other dry shampoos that I've purchased in the past felt sticky, smelled nasty, and made my scalp itch. This is the only one that doesn't feel gross in my hair, and doesn't smell nasty.
