    Great value.
    Perfect for Pull ups, sit ups & Dips if you aren't too heavy. I weigh about 65kg and the tower can shake very slightly during dips, not much of an issure if you can stablise yourself perfectly, but as you get tired you may notice slight shaking otherwise it's great and does what I need it to do support me without breaking. It's light weight, sturdy and can be made compact if you need to put it somewhere after use. Not great for Bench press as the bench doesn't come far enough under the bar bell to support your head, which means no support for your head at all which is terrible if you want to try and press heavier weights.If lifting heavier weights you could cause injury as you try lift the barbell over your head to over your chest. I was able to fix this by placing a block of wood as a sort of extention of the bench under the bar bell to work as a head support which seems workable enough that I can use it as a functional bench press, however if you want to lift heavier weights I don't recommend it. If you mainly want something for pull ups and dips then this should suit most and is at a great price for what you get.
