Not for hard Drives

Be aware - the packaging specifies that it is for Thumb Drives, keyboards, mice, cameras, scanner and cameras but Hard drives are not listed. My unit will not support portable hard drives, either WD or Samsung but then the packaging doesn't say it will. The connections of plugging into the unit is very tight / stiff.

Too Early to Tell

The materials recommend using for 30 days to get full benefit. I've been using it for 2 weeks and have not noticed any relief. In fact my problems are slowly getting worse. That said, the product is well made and seems to function as expected.
