Halogen Heaven: The Collection

I love the fact that this particular book (The Collection) includes all recipes from the following three cookbooks: Halogen Heaven, Cooking for the Elderly and Vegetarian Cooking... The Halogen way! There is a brief "write up" by the author, Maryanne Madden and a section on Halogen ovens. The general guidance page covers cooking times, equipment needed and helpful cooking tips. The rest of this book gives numerous good, clear and concise one page easy to read recipes. The final page mentions a website on further information about Halogen cooking and blog for free recipes and advice. Furthermore, I bought this book as a present for my adult Autistic (high functioning) son who has recently purchased a Halogen oven for his new flat. He loves to cook this way and is so fascinated by the Halogen cooking method that this book has keep him busy for hours...
