Happy camper
So far as I can tell, this is identical to the OEM pulley. It includes the arbor, spacer, pulley, pulley cover, and nut. Once you get the original one off the Prius, it only takes 10 minutes to install and adjust.

Has a jumper to allow single or repeated output.
5v, but can be modified to run on 3.3v.

This surgical lubricant prevents bacterial infections to the applied area. So far, it works for me.
