A Whole LOTTA Red Spot Finder!
You may be used to smaller and less sophisticated projection finders... Telrads and their clones, or Qwik Points and their equivalents... but the Starbeam is a different animal altogether!
I've used both the Telrads and a number of Qwik Points on various OTAs; with misgivings, I'd say that they do the job, but they leave much to be desired, especially in construction (lightweight plastics), and vulnerability to being knocked out of adjustment by routine telescope handling and transport.
Uncle Al Nagler took the basic "reflector gunsight" finder concept (pioneered by the Telrad) and did it RIGHT!
This beastie is constructed out of beautifully machined, anodized aluminum throughout. Elevation and azimuth adjustments are FAR more precise and stable than ANY other reflector finder I've ever used; once you set it, this critter STAYS set until you want to change it!
I'm an engineer by profession, and the ONLY improvement I'd make to the Starbeam is a costly one, and most likely overkill for the vast majority of users; I'd replace the LED illuminator light source with a low power laser for a finer projected dot. But the Starbeam's design and construction literally SCREAMS overkill and going the extra mile, so why not go for it???.
The downside here is twofold.
A Starbeam is an EXPENSIVE hunk of hardware, no matter how you slice it! You can get a pretty decent RACI finder scope for the same money, tho I'd find a RACI to be more awkward to use than a Starbeam... Been There and Done That, on my Televue Genesis. YMMV.
A Starbeam is BIG... make no mistake about it... tho not particularly heavy. It's longer than the average RACI finder by a fair bit. However, bolted on the mounting ring of my Genesis, the scope still goes into it's case with no problems. For a smaller scope, it might have some problems in this area; on some of the smaller scopes, like a Pronto or Televue 85, the Starbeam is a significantly LARGE addition, almost as big as the scope itself!
I upgraded my Starbeam to the newer blinking LED illuminator; the older fixed illuminator had become unreliable. I understand that the blinker is now standard equipment on the Starbeam; a VERY good move by Televue!

Above average ARF kit!
This kit should work out nicely with a 4 stroke engine. I'm building around a Saito FA-65.
