Difficult to setup
Using the QR code in the instruction brings me to a wrong Android app. You need to search "小k智能" on Play Store. If you can't input Chinese characters, you are out of luck.
The apps are not available for older versions of OSes (e.g. IOS 7.x or Android 4.x). When installed on a tablet running Android 5.1, it crashes every time. Documentation is minimal and mostly Chinese. Video demos are in Mandarin only. After googling help for similar smart plugs from other brands, I was able to get it set up using an iPad, but am yet to get the Android app working on an Android phone running Android 6.

Could provide better contact and strain relief for head phone plugs
Good contact, sturdy. Would have rated 5 star were they less thick.
