Impossible to connect to computer or phone!
2 of 2 found this helpful I am a die hard HP fan and have only ever own HP laptops (that last for YEARS) and HP printers. I moved out of state and didn't have room to bring my last one so I was looking for a small, inexpensive printer for occasional printing at home. I am pretty tech saavy but could NOT get this thing up and working for more than about one hour one day and 5 minutes 5 days later! I followed instructions to the letter, watched youtube videos, and finally resorted HP Virtual Chat. That fix did not work either as I was uanble to dowload the software that was needed to diagnose the problem (offline status despite being online). I obtained a printer USB cable and that worked for about 5 minutes. My poort cat jumped 6 feet high when the printer started up suddently...yes, it's THAT loud ! lol
