great for sensitive skin
if you have sensitive skin and your face cant handle the regular type of exfoliators then give this a try you will see the dead skin balling up on your skin , wash it off and you have smooth skin

good for a thick waist
ladies if you are struggling with belly fat and want a belt that wont roll up and will stay in place then give this a try because im embarking on a weight loss journey and this is something i need to help with my waistline so far its working so i highly recommend it
