Woody Guthrie Tribute on CD

I recently have decided to start getting rid of my old vinyl records. Among them are some artist's music I do not want to lose. My two 'Tribute to Woody Guthrie' albums are two of my most favored ones. I found many sites offering vinyl copies but only a few offering this music on a CD. The cover picture is the same as the first tribute album. I searched and searched for a CD of the second tribute album to no avail. After ordering and receiving the 'Tribute to Woody Guthrie' CD, I played it 2 or 3 times before I realized it contained all of the songs from both of the vinyl releases. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend it to any fans of Woody Guthrie.

The 25th Hour movie review

I first saw this movie before I met my wife (46+ years ago) and had mentioned it to her over the years as it had made a lasting impression on me. The last 3 years, we have been members of a book club at our church and over that time, we average 2-3 books per year that deal with WWII. I think this movie presented a slightly different aspect of that time and as always, Anthony Quinn does a great performance. I didn't realize until I received the movie that it came with Korean subtitles with no English subtitle option. I am now of an age and hearing loss circumstance where I utilize subtitles most of the time. My wife and I both thought the overall quality of the DVD was excellent.

I have actually read all of William Kent Krueger's books except 'Lightning Strike' and ordered 'Iron Lake' as a gift to another reader.
