This is broken

Keeps saying I haven’t inserted the disc have put in multiple games some new And keeps coming up saying that it hasn’t been inserted I’m very upset The only reason I wanted this was to play games and now I can’t I’m not happy as you can see with the disc I showed there is nothing wrong with it
