I was hoping that this would not have any issues but turns out it has the same exact issue that my original has. the resets after playing it for about ten minutes. I ruled out that the unit itself is not the problem as no other game I own does this. The only reason I am not returning it is because it was such a good price and it's not worth it to send it back.
