Distinctive Appearance
9 of 10 found this helpful This particular watch is very easy to set compared to another Citizen watch I own. (That one I have to go to their website for directions every time I need to make a major change.) The blue band with the yellow accented watch face make a pleasing "look". I like this look but compared to metal bands, straps are somewhat inconvenient to take on and off. I immediately regretted not getting the stainless band model instead. Citizen uses an odd metric width for this band and generic bands generally will not work. Citizen really charges a premium for bands bought alone but I may have to eventually pucker up and pay.

A replacement
Had one before before that we really liked the functionality of but it stopped operating after several years. New replacement parts were as much or more as these "reconditioned" units. This unit is also a later model with brighter LEDs. It was disappointing that the prior unit failed so soon...hopefully this later model unit lasts longer. The replacement unit was shipped without the battery cover on the inside modem but our older unit's cover snapped right on. All in all a good value if they figured out how to make them last.
