I purchased this for my son who was very hard on his body playing football in his younger years. He started taking it and came over after work one day and walked in like he used to. I asked him about joint pain and he said"I forgot to tell you the pain is gone!"I would recommend this but the results aren't immediate but after taking it for a few weeks you'll see how good it is.
