I have a cat and the hopper is too large for the amount of food cats eat and when the food gets delivered it leaves a lot of food around the edges of the hopper as the incline of the base of the hopper is not enough for it to naturally gravity feed down into the chute area. I have reduced the size of the hopper by sticking some rigid plastic on the inside. Also the minimum serving size is a bit large so I have had to cut down from 4 feeds per day to just 2. Easy to program, and relatively quiet operation is good

This feeder failed within 3 months. Plastic amount dispenser split and unit is now useless. Apart from that, the amount dispensed was not able to be varied satisfactorily.
