Much Better Than I Expected
I have to say, I didn't expect much from this oven, looking at it does fill you with confidence as this is clearly a Chinese made product. However, The oven is sturdy and can withstand knocks and bangs, it has a good seal between compartments and a positive locking lever so it doesn't leak. I was travelling for a day trip to the High Country and after filling up with fuel in Traralgon, I filled the oven with frozen party pies and sausage rolls. About 1 hr 15 mins later we pulled over near Mt Skene to have lunch and I made coffee and grabbed the oven. The outside was warm and I could pick it up, the plastic outer hadn't heated up much at all and this made me think that the food wouldn't be ready. I opened the oven and the steam rushed out and the red hot party pies were lovely and brown. ... There were a couple of improvements that could be made, the first is that I was pleasantly surprised to find a collapsible neoprene food container inside that came with the oven. However, there is no mention in the instructions about it and whether it is suitable to be used in the oven when hot. Also, the oven might benefit from a temperature controller so you can turn down the heat when the food is cooked to keep it warm. To sum up, I was really surprised by this ovens performance and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending it at all. Perfect when travelling to a camp ground or on a day trip especially in winter where you need some hot food and don't have time to cook it.

Good but needs improvement.
The first few times I used the stove it functioned well but after a few days the cigarette plug broke and had to be repaired for it to work again. Great concept let down by a few cheap parts.

I constantly work away and in remote locations in the pilbara for days on end. Thought i would give this a try as it was only $50 delivered. I was amazed at the build quality for its price. Strong hard case with a massive seal. The oven was hot within 5m and just got hotter and hotter. I cooked meat pies from frozen in about 1 hr and came out crispy. I stash heaps of frozen meals in my engel and when feel hungry place it in the oven ad 30 to 40 m later nicely re-heated. Great for when driving on those long drives. Downside is no temperature control this thing gets fn hot. I left a chicken parmi in it a little to long and had to wait 10m for it to cool down. Parmy still edible haha. Best ovens
My first one I had for over 8 years and used it often in the truck to heat up my lunch. Just brought 2 more recently to use when we go camping and fishing so easy to heat up meals that we prepared at home. And cheaper then buying food on road when traveling.

Not just a pie warmer
Although excellent at heating pastries, you can do so much more. This sits strong at 130c. Meaning its perfect for pulled pork, slow cooked beef and even poultry. Fancy having pulled pork wraps on the jobsite or beachside. 1-1.2kg meats take around 5 hours at 5amp draw per hour. Use an oven bag. Good for long trips or if you've got dual batts and a solar setup. Dig in!
