It Works
This works for me.... I don't want an addictive sleeping pill, and the ones I have tried left me very tired the next day - I'd wake up refreshed, but tiredness would hit me by early afternoon. With THESE pills, I get to sleep VERY easily, and when I wake up in the night, I can go straight back to sleep. I'm a bit tired in the mornings, but once awake I have a lot of energy all day. I find I look forward to going to bed now, and take these early so that I have a long sleep. SO grateful to have found them.

Used to be fantastic, the best I found.
I have purchased this many times and have loved it! However, I feel the quality has dropped in the last two I have ordered. Over the last year or so I feel that the active ingredient has been reduced. Could be wrong of course, and I understand that the body gets used to things, but there has been months in between usage and I was very disappointed it wasn't working like it used to.

Brilliant for the chronic insomniac
You can't take these long term or they just stop working. Its not good to keep taking these things anyway. I've been relying on these tablets on & off for a decade but if you don't overdo it, they're great. Some people I've given them to to try have said they make them groggy for half the day but I don't have a problem with them. Few cups of coffee and I'm good to go. At least I've had a good sleep which is really important.

I am very satisfied with these pills. I used to sleep for years very badly sometimes, especially due to weather change or fool moon phase. I tried whit some herbal pills, different tea mixes, drops etc, but no results. Usually I take one half of the pill and it is totaly enough. I sleep good and I wake up normaly without any problem. I am 47 old. I recommended it to my parents, they are 74 and 72, and they are very satisfied too.
