I've used other mid range noise cancelling headphones so I wasn't sure the expense of these would be worth it (even on sale), but they've blown me away. They're great for my open plan office - once I have music playing I generally can't hear people talking at all. They are also quick to charge and the battery lasts well - I should think you'd get several days without recharging, but I plug it in daily. These get some criticism for their sound quality, but it's good enough for me - if you're not a sound nerd you probably won't be able to tell the difference. The usability is also pretty good IMO - they're comfortable, fairly light weight, and they have enough controls on the device to be useful without tripping you up with a lot of buttons you can touch accidentally. I find the stop/start and volume on the ear very handy, and have yet to have connectivity problems with my phone or laptop. I've not tested other high end noise cancelling headphones, but these are enough of an improvement over mid range models that I think they're worth the price, especially if you spend a lot of time trying to concentrate in a noisy environment.Read full review

For $500 AUD you get: - Good noise cancelling - Good distance bluetooth connection - Ear drum pressure! Gives you a vacuum feeling around your ears, it is a common issue with noise cancelling headphones but you don't wanna have it when you pay $500 AUD. - No button to stop noise cancelling for home use (or to save some battery life for that matter). So basically you cannot turn noise cancelling off if you are in a quiet place or if you want to save some battery life to continue listening to music. - Satisfactory sound quality, not bad but considering the price it is not good. It feels like all the instrument sounds are coming from far away. Satisfactory bass, horrible mid range. - Definitely not a premium feeling product. The box that it comes in feels more premium than the headphones. $500 AUD is a lot of money to pay for a headphone and when you pay it you really don't wanna be disappointed. Do not buy them before you try at a store.Read full review

I've owned 5 different noise cancelling headphones before these ones and Bose QC35s are hands down the best I've owned. Extremely comfortable to wear for long periods, they sound great, they connect flawlessly to two different devices, and the buttons are easy to control volume and call features. Don't consider any other headphone, just get these ones!!

These are great headphones for obtaining privacy on the train, in the office, at home. The sound isolation is excellent. The bluetooth connectivity and the rechargeable battery make them very easy to use. I would have no hesitation buying them again. Love them.

I thoroughly researched the options available for Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones and visited stores to check the quality of the sound, I am very pleased with the quality of not only the sound but of the design and manufacturing of these headphones. I have used the headphones at gym, when at home and on flights and can highly recommend them. Both my wife and I have a pair, we can take advantage of the shared listening feature and we both can listen to the same music or movie when travelling. Awesome product!!!
