Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Audio Cables & Adapters
After buying my first sound bar for our TV, there was three different ways to hook it up, and the 'optical cable' choice was supposed to be the best choice, so I decided to get one. I don't know squat about FOC's--I didn't even know such a thing existed for audio....I have no idea what differentiates a "GOOD" cable from a "BETTER" cable; or if any can be deemed "Bad" cables.....I bought one that wasn't very expensive--and 3 ft. was plenty long enough to reach the back of the TV, so buying a longer cable wasn't necessary. There is a little "door" that it pushes through to make the connections on both ends, and that's all there is to it. My sound bar works fine, and I have no complaints!

I noticed it doesnt stay in the back of the T.V. well. Im not sure if its my T.V or the cord but it wants to pop out. I had someone who knows what they are doing look at it and he said the same thing.

It is a digital optical cable and transfers digital audio...optically...via the cable. Seriously. If this comes as a shock, this product is not for you.

I used it to connect a Chromecast Audio to my AV receiver to play music on the surround sound system. Since it is an optical cable, and since the connectors doesn't exhibit any issues, it works perfectly. Great sound.
