After calling the NES online customer service (who were the packers and senders for au-hotpoint) they sent out the missing item without further proof required from me. Superior Cartridge.
The HP original ink cartridge is of superior quality and produces a professional result every time I print. The ink quality is excellent and the colour cartridge produces documents that are of an excellent standard, with true and vibrant colours. As I do not wish to void the warranty on my printer, I will only use HP original cartridges but I truly believe the quality of these cartridges is far superior to any other brand.The HP original ink cartridge is of superior quality and produces a professional result every time I print.
