Firmware and programming is rubbish. You will need to look up Peter Carcione on Youtube and find the video of this model and download a card reader/writer, 7zip and the #2 Nougat 7.1 firmware you will also need an 8g micro SD card and SDHC adapter and about an hour or 2. If you do this read the comments on the video. I had to hold the reset in for the complete install. If you don't do this Firmware upgrade Netflix won't work and I could not get any of the "Free tv channels" to work. Also when I tried to update google play it told me the original Firmware was 6 not 7.1 You still can get free tv if you upgrade the firmware but it will take a bit of research on the channel mentioned. The keyboard is make believe it would be better to use a wireless PC keyboard and mouse. The remote is ok

Difficult to set up. Pre-installed software did not work so had to start from scratch. It freezes often and has to be unplugged to reboot. Bit annoying.

Tried it on the wireless setting but it kept on stopping through the movie and when you tried to restart it would go back to the beginning. Hard wired it and had no more problems.
