Key Blank and Case issues.
Pajero NT. Key Cutter thought the blank was not the same as original. Blank would not go into ignition. Used original key after filing and modifying case end. Transferred internals and it works. Disappointed that the 3 diamond symbol on the back was just covered up with flimsy black tape. If the tape is removed the internals will be open to water. Mitsubishi Pajero 2009 key slightly different
I have been able to make the this work ... But required filing of original components to install into key shell. Original Mitsubishi key blade will not fit into slot unless filed down to suit. Very fiddley task but finally managed to make work.

Not universal
All looked well unfortunately it does not fit with the standard key so for my situation this piece is not helpful they provided a blank key which may be handy if I needed the key part other then that this seems of good quality and for the price it’s worth the try
