This workbook is to assist in your own personal recovery at every point along your journey. Because of what you are experiencing, there may be times where you need to spend more focus in a given chapter. This is what I recommend instead of attempting to rush through the material just to get complete it. Take time completing the chapters. Do t rush through it, even if you think you are ready for the next chapter. Take time in between the chapters so you can internalize the information that you have read.
