Found this to work well with my shure in ears for just listening to music, wanted to use this as a cheap solution to wireless monitoring and found it work but not that well, latency issue. Bluetooth as a monitoring system not good but Bluetooth as a listening tool is awesome.

Product came with no user guide but was simple enough to work within a couple of minutes of playing around with it. Build is good and sound quality is great. Only problem is battery life just short of 2 hours !! For that reason I would NOT recommend this adapter cable

These earphones are comfortable (providing you take the time to use the correct ear bud) small (they sit inside the ear, you could sleep wearing them if required) and the sound quality is excellent. Controlled, crisp highs and mids. With a balanced but not overwhelming bass end (possibly a bit lean depending on taste). If you're after a set of thumping bass earphones you need to look elsewhere. If you're after a balanced, accurate set these are brilliant. When using the foam earbuds they effectively block sound from the outside world really well. A crowded train station is essentially silent. Aircraft noise isn't completely blocked but with the music on it's pretty good!

The bluetooth adapter is lightweight and easy to install, it fits good, battery hours are acceptable but the sound quality is really sub par. There is really apparent background noise, sparks and cracks, sounds like playing an old vinyl, Sound dropouts and the upper treble is cracking up in to distortion. It is cheap though, it is barely usable for podcasts, I guess it could work better other earphones that arent as noise isolating.
