OUR DESCRIPTION CLEARLY STATES THAT THIS IS A DECORATIVE AIR STONE THAT EXPELS A SPIRALLING STREAM OF BUBBLES. SO COMPARING IT TO REGULAR AIR STONES THAT ARE USED FOR AERATION IS CRAZY. WE EXPLAINED THIS TO THE CUSTOMER. THEY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BUT DIDN`T BECAUSE THEY WOULD NEED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE TO EBAY THAT IT WAS FAULTY WHICH IS WASN'T. THEY ALSO DID NOT UPLOAD ANY IMAGES WITH THEIR FEEDBACK WHICH IS WEIRD, IF THE PRODUCT WAS SO BAD WHY NOT SHOW EVERYONE??
