This is an extremely basic book for adults/parents, and not very useful. But it’s also a bit too advanced for younger children to help them understand Aspergers. Maybe good for 8-10 year olds.

Light but resonates with children and their families about some of the characteristics that make them so beautifully unique! Gorgeous way to "help" a child learn they do not need "fixing"

A wonderful example to help explain Asperger to my grandson who has it

So glad I read this before reading it to my son, so I could toss it into the bin.... “you might be bullied”... “your parents might feel sad”.... “people might not understand you”. Entirely negative.

Excellent book that gives an insight into Aspergers with each page. Although many people with Aspergers don't exhibit all traits described in this book it still gives great examples of what to expect and show this is normal for a person with Aspergers. The only downside is it doesn't offer a quick explanation of Aspergers so to the uninitiated the book might not make sense but then they probably wouldn't be reading it in the first place.
