Well, it's certainly not a Marshall or even a regular size Ampeg for a bass guitar. It's great for practice and has the usual sound of a non tube bass amp. Great price for a nice sound!

Bought this, so I didn't have to man handle my main rig. The speakers in this BRAND NEW speakers, sounds like the voice coils are shot. Very disappointed with ampeg for this.

It sounds great. But the parts I like the most you can plug in your phone to play your drum tracks or metronome. And you can plug into the sound board. Or you can just take the head any where with a pair of head phones and use it that way. Very cool

For the price , It's a great package and being able to steal the amp or cab is great . The two piece design is awesome . I can pair the head with another cab , add the cab to another rig if needed . I play Rock and do a lot of slap / funk . I play a Fender American Jazz and have several other fenders all stock except string variations . This is not the be all end all " best amp for.." IT is however a great choice for practice , small intimate venue , church etc . Worth checking out for sure if your in the market for a compact amp .
