We already had an ipod classic but wanted something smaller to live in the car for my 3yr old son and i to have his talking books and playlists permanently at hand. So far we have really liked it and it has proved useful. I also like it's small size for my morning walks when i listen to the news. We haven't begun to understand it's full capabilities yet but so far are enjoying it. We like the clip on the back. Have had some frustrations with the touch screen and the shake to shuffle feature not always responding.
I bought this as a replacement for an old ipod classic. The size is great and it's reasonably easy to use. My only real complaint is that there is no way to change how long the screen stays on for. Even when you have it as a watch, the screen goes blank after mere seconds.
Perfect for anyone who doesn't have an iPhone or wants something they can take running/gardening/walking/to the gym etc. Plays and charges on all docks; really easy to use.
This replaces a misplaced (lost) iPod nano that I purchased 5 years ago. It's fabulous. Had to delete all the music that was on it when I turned it on. However I have all my own music on it and my morning walk is now just as good as ever.

A very user friendly and compact little iPod. Bought this unit as do a lot of running and needed a smaller lighter music option. Clips on to clothing. Not hard to use with minimal features and no confusing options to get lost in. If you want a easy, lightweight iPod, this is the way to go.
