This product, however, is extremely poorly designed. It's almost impossible to attach to the CPU. It has to be the worst engineered design that I"ve ever seen. Online testing results are some of the best, if not the best, for this class of cooler. Of course, you have to be able to get it to attach to the CPU. Good luck with that. Too bad. I like all of Arctic's other products...

Shipping took a week and tracking was not available because it was sent commercially with UPS but not UPS Ground so the package didn't get the full tracking. Most likely a discounted shipping program for large sellers. Ended up buying another one before this one came because with no tracking I didn't know when it would come. Still took a week after they shipped.
