Overall this is a good solid product that performs well in a confined space senario such as my 1978 Ford F150.I am satisfied with the abundant bass this produces given it's 6" compact size and design. It does thump and fills the cab with plenty of bottom end.If you are looking for enormous amounts of bass then I would seek out the larger models but this is certainly sufficient in my application. The optional remote bass control is something I would recommend for ease and quick response to a bass tuning situation, rather than adjusting head unit EQ's every time there is a jump or reduction in bass frequency with different recording qualities and music genre's. Easy to install and a great product that has it's own power amp built into the enclosure! For the price....you will should be pleased with this subwoofer.Read full review
This Bazooka Tube is beyond fantastic!! I can't believe so much sound comes out of such a small package. I bought my for $64 on eBay - totally worth every penny! Plus with the Bazooka FAST 9999 adapter kit (bought form Amazon) the installation was a snap. Not having to run a separate power feed from the battery was a huge help. I have a 2008 Subaru WRX Hathchback, so finding ways to improve the sound is a little tough. I had the "Premium Sound System" from Subaru, which was "ok" but not great. I replaced my front door speakers with Rockford Fosgate R16's ($70 from Crutchfield) and that made a huge difference. BUT....when I added the Bazooka, HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE SOUND!!! It isn't the type of bass that will shatter your neighbors windows, but it is exactly what the car needed. The clarity it adds makes me feel I was listening to complete garbage before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BAZOOKA TUBE!!! YOU WILL BE EXREMELY HAPPY WITHI IT!!Read full review
Awesome subwoofer for the price. Easy installation. For the price and the size you cant beat it. It sounds amazing inside the car but outside you can barely slightly hear it. Its also good cause you save space in the trunk. I hooked it up to the stock head unit. Overall i love it. 100% would recommend if youβre on a budget.

This sub rocks! I installed it in my 2015 F150 Crew Cable and it's perfect with the upgraded system I installed beforehand. Pioneer 6x9 in the front doors, 6.5 in the rear doors, Pioneer class D 4 channel amp @ 45w rms per channel. Bought optional gain control and it works perfectly. Gives all the low end your missing even with upgraded speakers. Can get poppy with some tight bass but is excellent with rolling low ends. You won't be disappointed.

Last week I installed the SubTube BTA6100 in the trunk of my 2014 mustang with a Shaker Audio System. The feed was from the rear deck speakers. Sounded MEH... could barly hear the thing (with the gain full up). Then I called SAS Audio, and Gene, the tech called me right back and informed me that the 4 5x7's are filtered from the low frequencies. I needed to tap into the subwoofer feeds. NOW this works just the way I wanted it too (with the sub tube gain at 1/2 -2/3 up). Bass +2/3 on the headunit at quiet volumes will provide the little kick that was missing, turn the volume up and it provides more bass than the door subs. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to 'fill out' their system. I would also recommend SAS and thier OUTSTANDING support. (Not only did Gene provide the necessary information, he called me back an hour later to give me some links to where i could find the wiring diagrams for my mustang. Bottom line: previous Bazooka user (10" passive), Current Bazooka user (BTA6100) & probably a future Bazooka user.Read full review
