I find it very unreliable. Most of the time the cleaning solution won't squirt out. I have to constantly turn it off and fiddle with the handle to make it squirt the fluid out again. Then after two or three squirts, it stops again. It makes what is already a very time-consuming exercise take even longer. I also find that the moisture suction after washing an area takes forever. I have to move the machine so slowly (almost not moving at all) for it to suction up the excess moisture from the carpet. And have to repeat this process many times. Also as the dirty water tank is very small it requires constant emptying, which again, adds to the huge amount of time it takes to clean one small room. Overall, I would not recommend this appliance at all. I wish I'd saved for a bit longer and paid extra for a Vax or other better quality appliance.Read full review
