    Excellent! Brand New Product!

    Nothing matches OEM! So far whenever we try the "compatible" toners that are out there, we always have issues and end up throwing them out before they are used up. But never with OEM Genuine Cartridges. We can keep them in our printers until they are completely used up....

    When this package came in it was partially crushed on one side. The drum inside did not appear to be damaged. Have not used yet, so can not verify no damage was done.

    Does not behave like an OEM.

    This drum unit does not work like an OEM. It works more like a refurbished one. Maybe that is why it was an open box item. You get what you paid for.
