Completely not remanufactured too factory new working condition. They’re completely a law suit in court on this issue.

Repair covers what the listing description tells, the issue this cluster was sent to us for was corrected and buyer confirm it was good, then he called us back on a unrelated issue, we tried guiding the buyer on how to test and offered to help but buyer was only interested on getting a full refund which we found to be an unfair request for something that is unrelated to the repair performed.

Excellent communication and great work! I was waiting a couple weeks after receiving the item to be sure it was fixed, and so far still no issues. I would highly recommend this service as I removed my cluster and shipped on a Monday and had it back in the car on Thursday. Hope this thing lasts another 20 years. A++!!!
