I have used the go pro for my motorbike for years and because of its non aerodynamic design, it really cause a huge strain on my neck. There were a lot of steps needed to be taken to format the card, BUT on the contour its aerodynamic, it's one button to format and to start recoding just slide the big button forward done perfect camera.

My contour which was supposed to be destructible (mostly) just stopped working... It seems to be a battery issue as I go to charge it and it will come up red saying its charging but later when I go to see if its charged its still flat. It obviously won't turn on and is unresponsive (sometimes even to the charging cable). Even when the cables plugged in it cannot be operated. Usually I would recommend contours but this one was complete crap and there doesn't seem much hope in sending it to warranty as I'm travelling. Which leaves me without a camera for my whole travels... which was the point of the damn thing.

Only bad part is the shortish battery life and no ability to change it as its built in , if they change the battery to a replaceable one would be one of the best cameras , wind noise is also a bit of an issue but probably down to how I have set it up

I've always loved this company. They produced it first and did it the best. Shame GoPro has the market. It's can mount easily, lens turns to match your profiling, and you can run your car over it. Waterproof out of the box.
