you get four ports of gig ethernet with virtual machine firmware. the card requires a pcie-4x slot at least. server 2012r2 recognized it when i plugged it in. drivers loaded no problem. teamed these up and configured my vlans. cards look new. they are HP logo'ed cards but they are all Intel parts. fast and reliable these are not cheap mobo ethernet cards they are server grade cards. great value.
