Released in 1979, the second album by Los Angeles punks the Dickies turns up the silliness that permeated their debut, but also brings in a stronger set of tunes catchy enough to match the enjoyably goofy lyrics. There's also only one cover version this time, a deliberately painful disemboweling of the Moody Blues' uber-pretentious "Nights In White Satin." Highlights include "Fan Mail" and the giddy horror-movie parody "Attack of the Mole Men." The 2000 CD edition adds two single-only bonus tracks, "Gigantor" and "Bowling With Bedrock Barney."
