I noticed a weak wifi connection.even thought my work place is only 20 feet away from the router in a straight line. So I contacted the provider who sent a technician to check it out. He brought a new modem but this did not solve the problem. My old computer which is also a Dell worked perfectly. Even with an extender the connection was weak and unstable. To make the story short that computer is not usable .
