This kit is rather old, dating from about 1985, but is pretty much the only plastic kit available in this scale of this famous warship, which survived battling the infamous German superdreadnought Bismarck in May 1941, only to be repaired and sent off to Indonesia in December 1941 and then was sunk by Japanese aerial torpedoes. The kit was well-engineered for its time, but anyone who wants to build it would be strongly advised to purchase any of several brass photoetch upgrade sets, including a very impressive one from Tamiya themselves, which will provide railings, ladders, radars, gun barrels, cranes and many other parts in far better detail than plastic can.

A great kit out of the box, with PE set included. You will need to add rails from outside source to complete the kit.
