The recipes are healthy, nutritionally balanced, use organic and free-range produce, and are interesting and delicious. There are thousands of subscribers in both Australia and NZ in Sydney, Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Tauranga and Christchurch. Nadia Lim is the Head Chef and Dietitian at My Food Bag, and she is an award-winning cook in her own right. Recently appearing on My Kitchen Rules NZ as a guest chef, she has written two other cookbooks. She is well-known for her delicious, fresh recipes that are also good for you.
