The reader who is not mathematically inclined will find this text more digestible than many others on the subject. The author makes a noble and sensible effort to explain how that Maxwell's equations relate to electromagnetic principles. The terms in the equations are explained pretty well for the most part. Nothing would make sense if the reader did not understand the terms. Although I have searched, I have not seen any other book on this subject that is easier to understand.

To understand field and flow equations one must understand the mathematics used to describe the fields. This book does a good job. Perfect for the undergraduate student.
