The majority of Americans are looking for the golden ticket to weight loss. Often, they think that weight loss consists of tasteless meals with limited choices, or buying into an expensive diet plan that provides pre-made meals. The reality is that once a person 'stops' the diet, they regain the weight. 'The French Diet' book is about recognizing that life's too short not to appreciate and eat good food! It's a simple concept that focuses on an important combination: #1-Quality of food, #2-Portion control, #3-Taking time to sit and appreciate each meal. This book provides wonderful, simple food lists that can be easily copied and used as your grocery list. It also gives some absolutely DELICIOUS recipes that taste as if you're at a 5-star restaurant! I highly recommend this book to anyone who's ready to take some time to focus on themselves and dedicate their life to being the best they can be!Read full review

It has a table that says the amount of calories in different foods, and which ones keep you full of energy and no hungry.
